New Purchase Agreement and Forms to Start off the New Year

The new RPA is slated to hit your forms account next week. Here was my quick take on the changes to the Purchase Agreement.

Due to the changes, many forms that we use on a daily basis will also be revised and most of these forms will have just minor changes.

*Below, you will find the latest 'redline' copy of the drafted forms. These forms will be released sometime next week. Slated for December 14th. Although they are in their final stage, CAR may make some last minute changes and could postpone release of some until middle of 2022.
